☆ Because our candles are made with soy wax, you may notice slight frosting on your candles. This is completely normal and an indicator that the candles are, in fact, made with soy wax!

☆ After the first burn, you may notice your candle has a slightly lumpy top. Again, this is completely normal and a feature of a true soy candle.

☆ Candles always remember! Make sure you allow your candle's melt pool to reach the side of the jar on every burn. Otherwise, tunneling in your candle will occur.

☆ Always trim your wicks to 1/4” before burning. This will make you candle last longer, ensure a safe flame-height, and will prevent any blackening of the jars.

☆ Never leave candles unattended or burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never burn a candle near anything that can catch fire.

Caring for your candles is EXTREMELY important. Here's what you need to know...
1. Always trim your wick to be 1/4" to get the safest and best burn
2. Never burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time
3. Never leave a candle unattended
4. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, vibrations, or anything that can catch on fire
5. Frosting on soy candles is 100% normal
6. Once the wax is 1/4" from the bottom of the container it's time to buy a new candle!
7. If your flame is too high, blow it out!
8. Allow your candle to melt completely to the sides to avoid tunneling

Our large 10.5oz candles have a burn time of up to 55 hours. Our small travel tins have a burn time of up to 20 hours.

Your candles will last longer if you trim the wicks to a 1/4" after every burn and allow the candle to reach a full melt pool every burn. Candles should only be burned for a max of 4 hours to optimize burn time.
